"Radiation Radio" is the long-awaited first LP by the notorious underground noise act Mutwawa!
Stewing together influences from across decades of the experimental underground, Mutwawa might at times remind the listener of proto-industrial groups like Throbbing Gristle, post-punk bands of the early 80s, the cassette noise underground of the 90s, rhythmic noise breakouts of the 00s like Forcefield or Wolf Eyes, while also sounding right at home with the cutting edge experimentalists of today. "Radiation Radio" is a timeless modern classic, from 2 veterans who know their history and have never stopped innovating. Jason Hodges is a member of pioneering noisegrind band Suppression, as well as countless others projects across the noise/grind/core sub-genres. Gary Stevens has been a member of Head Molt, ran the legendary noise venue Rat-Ward, and excavates extremely deep punk/noise/goth/etc cuts on his Rat-Ward radio show.
Mutwawa's "Radiation Radio" has literally been years in the making and we at Decoherence could not be more excited to finally share it with the world.

despite the coaxial flutter, there's a good wow ratio within the digital to analog repercussions. a well-textured approach. two thumbs way up. 10/10. if you don't like it, you are afraid of yourself. indricothere

Pushed play for the Giant Scorpion-Killing-Red State-Gumby-Dog People, but continued listening for the unhinged, psychedelic, country-western, cactus-flavoured, sound-looping, Zappaesque weirdness and apparent lack of conventional awareness that this is not how accessible music is made. I'm odd that way. KAT
